Summary

Provides styling and sales support for designer men's apparel, cultivating and growing customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Uses selling tools, including text and social media, to meet sales goals while maintaining department presentation and customer readiness. Works a flexible schedule and may perform duties in other departments as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using selling tools and social media
• Cultivate and grow a customer following and build lasting relationships
• Provide styling advice and confident, honest feedback on fit and product
• Use technology and networking to drive sales and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and proficiency with selling tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through on responsibilities
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
