Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using tools like text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support customer sign-up
• Perform light cleaning and assist other departments as business needs require

• Flexible availability to meet varying business schedules and occasional cross-department work
