Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell ontrend and luxury beauty products including women's fragrance
- Use digital tools such as text and social media to sell and build a customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
