Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media tools to sell and follow up with customers
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts to build loyalty and rewards participation
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and respect when providing services to diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and handling merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
