Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide expert style and fit guidance and honest feedback to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments when needed
- Maintain product and fashion knowledge to build expertise
