Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals and use texting and social media for selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new rewards program accounts to build customer loyalty
• Keep department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
