Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Cultivate and grow customer relationships and followings
- Provide honest and confident styling and fit advice to customers
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Enroll customers in the rewards program to grow relationships
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Maintain physical stamina for frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
