Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote programs
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer-ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
