Responsibilities- Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
- Assess store processes and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness, and provide suggestions and solutions when appropriate.
- Maintain all supplies for office and facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure all invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing merchandise are processed according to company regulations and standards.
- Read and execute transfer documents, shipping documents, alteration documents, inventory count sheets, UPS documents, sales tickets, invoices, etc.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by the general and department manager.
- Demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product.
Requirements- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
