Boutique Assistant - Fifth Ave

As a Boutique Assistant at Fifth Ave, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily operations. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall client experience.

• Deliver exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies and participate in boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, ensuring proper backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks, maintaining strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, upholding Van Cleef & Arpels image and Service Charter.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP software and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
