Boutique Beauty Consultant

As a Boutique Beauty Consultant at Rennai, you will be the Dior Ambassador, promoting the brand and its values with passion. You will provide unforgettable customer experiences and exceptional service, achieving sales and client development goals while enhancing the brand's image and desirability.

• Conduct in-store and remote sales activities, acting as a personal shopper.
• Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and offering memorable experiences through high-quality service.
• Initiate contact with customers and provide authentic connections.
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings, including makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the boutique's key performance indicators.
• Develop lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
• Utilize Dior tools to record client data and enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment.
• Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
• Operate cash registers and assist with daily receipts closure.
• Attend off-site seasonal schools and Dior training programs.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven track record of retail sales results.
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
• Comfortable with digital tools and operational POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
