Boutique Director - 57th Street

As a Boutique Director at CHANEL's New York Flagship on 57th Street, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and exceed performance targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork, while developing strategic solutions to increase sales.

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage diversity and teamwork.
• Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with the boutique team and Home Office.
• Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• In-store presence required to develop and coach teams and ensure boutique standards.
