Boutique Director

As a Boutique Director in Houston, you will oversee the management of the boutique, staff, merchandise, and customer service. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing a motivated team of associates.

• Set individual sales goals for sales associates and support their development to maximize sales.
• Analyze sales reports to determine business needs and develop strategies.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve customer service issues effectively.
• Maintain facility presentation, cash control procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Implement merchandising directives and maintain the brand's visual image.
• Grow the client database by networking within the community.

• 5+ years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury market.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and inventory software.
