Boutique Director - Short Hills

As a Boutique Director at Van Cleef & Arpels in Short Hills, you will lead the boutique's operations, focusing on sales development, team growth, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will work closely with senior management to achieve strategic and financial objectives, while representing the brand at various events and functions.

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the store action plan.
• Maintain the integrity of the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image in the market.
• Identify and nurture talent within the boutique team, promoting career advancement.
• Generate new clients and innovative business ideas.
• Represent the brand at meetings, events, and functions both domestically and internationally.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain Department.
• Initiate activities for product launches and market visibility.
• Set performance goals for store personnel and provide exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
• Multi-Unit or High-Volume Experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong computer skills in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Fluency in French or Mandarin is a plus.
