Boutique Director - Topanga

Summary

The Boutique Director is the leader and brand ambassador of the boutique, responsible for building and developing an exceptional team to deliver superior client service and exceed performance targets. This role coaches and mentors boutique leadership, drives business goals in partnership with the Home Office, and represents the boutique in the local market. The position requires an in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment and culture of feedback
• Act as a leader of leaders by developing boutique leadership and empowering teams
• Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with the boutique team and Home Office to increase sales
• Lead continuous improvement using key performance indicators and learnings
• Represent the boutique in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain in-store presence to coach teams and ensure operational standards
• Foreign language skills preferred
