Summary

The Store Director leads a single flagship location, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a superior client experience while embodying the Ralph Lauren brand. This role is accountable for achieving financial goals, maintaining presentation and merchandising standards, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model brand standards, professional presentation, and customer service excellence on the sales floor.
• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop store talent, including succession planning and performance management.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, payroll management, and execution of promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure operational integrity including inventory control, loss prevention, and store expense discipline.
• Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance standards to deliver compelling shopping experiences.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, with luxury/high-volume store experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, and store budgets.
• Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze market opportunities and execute strategies to grow local business.
