The Boutique Facilitator provides versatile operational and service support in the boutique. This in-store role assists sales associates and helps maximize time spent serving clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing service consistent with boutique standards.
• Support sales associates with service, packaging, and client needs.
• Assist with shipments, inventory counts, and product reticketing.
• Support register opening and closing, cash handling, deposits, and phone inquiries.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
