Stock Specialist - Ala Moana

Summary

The Stock Specialist supports the boutique by organizing stockrooms, processing daily deliveries, and retrieving merchandise for the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience. This role works closely with operations and sales teams across multiple floors in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The specialist maintains accurate inventory flow and helps prepare merchandise for the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain neat, efficient stockrooms and sales floor storage.
• Receive and put away new deliveries daily and support shipping and receiving procedures.
• Retrieve merchandise and additional sizes or colors for sales team and clients and move product between floors.
• Reticket returns and restock merchandise promptly to floor or stock.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
• Support operational tasks related to inventory, transfers, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
• Professional, gracious communication and a warm client-focused attitude.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adaptable and able to support multiple product areas and floors.
