- Create annual business plans.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
- Manage P & L including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
- Ensure operational execution and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed.
Requirements- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods; watches and jewelry experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a P&L.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Strong floor management skills.
- Resourceful and a problem solver.
- Strong communicator with high level of etiquette.
- Highly customer oriented, results driven, and goal oriented.
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Expert computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SAP knowledge preferred.
- CRM systems experience.
