Boutique Operations Associate - Legacy West

Summary

Provide expert operational support for the boutique by mastering standard operating procedures, systems, and tools to ensure exceptional client service and efficient daily functioning. Support inventory management, stock processing, visual standards, and collaborate with boutique leadership to maintain high operational standards. Perform opening and closing duties and contribute to a seamless omni-channel client experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the client experience
• Act as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the boutique team
• Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and handling shipments
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, processing, and recording stock
• Maintain organized and controlled stock storage and restock as needed
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to boutique leadership
• Partner on stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements
• Provide sales and service support and build positive team relationships

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs with occasional overhead lifting
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability
• Passion for the brand, product knowledge, and client experience
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Experience in fragrance and beauty industry preferred
