Home Delivery Associate - Grand Prairie

Summary

The Home Delivery Associate performs warehouse and delivery tasks to ensure accurate preparation and handling of product for outbound delivery. This role maintains warehouse organization, inspects and processes incoming and returned items, and supports timely order staging for delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space and remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Wrap, prepare, process, and load returned items
• Verify items are correct in assigned outbound lanes
• Prepare orders for delivery and stage items for carriers or drivers
• Support team workflow by communicating issues and following safety procedures

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs
• Must pass a background screen
• Experience working in a warehouse or delivery environment preferred
• Ability to follow inspection and packing procedures accurately
