Maintenance Associate

Summary

Provide excellent customer focused support and maintain store operations and standards for a premium retail brand. The role involves assisting customers, supporting visual and operational tasks, and performing maintenance and stockroom duties to ensure a high quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer first mindset.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities and maintain store policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing support.
• Operate register and support sales transactions as needed.
• Contribute product feedback and communicate needs to management.
• Participate in company trainings and uphold company initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate store equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
