Summary
The Operations Brand Ambassador supports day-to-day retail store operations by processing deliveries, managing inventory and maintaining stock room and sales floor standards. This role assists selling staff, executes inventory tasks and contributes to visual merchandising and store presentation. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming freight and complete markups, markdowns and tagging tasks
- Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper sensor and tag placement
- Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete replenishment activities
- Manage ship to home orders and store transfers
- Maintain organized stock room and accurate sales floor inventory levels
- Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery to the floor
- Assist customers on the sales floor and process sales transactions and returns
- Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to follow company operational guidelines for inventory and merchandising
- Comfortable working with tagging systems and RFID processes
- Ability to prioritize operational tasks while maintaining customer experience
