Branch Security Officer - King Of Prussia

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a brand ambassador and first point of contact. This role supports both security and back-of-house store operations, contributes to exceptional customer service, and assists the store team in achieving sales goals through hospitality and client engagement. The officer executes security procedures, responds to incidents, and helps maintain store systems and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for customers and staff and deter theft through visible presence and proactive measures.
• Serve as an ambassador to clients, delivering a high level of customer service and supporting sales initiatives.
• Follow and support security controls and incident management procedures, including reporting missing assets and responding to emergencies.
• Perform daily security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access controls, and required report submissions.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and coordinate facilities repairs with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: retail or security experience, with 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.
