Summary
Regional sales role responsible for achieving sales targets for the eyewear portfolio in the Northeast through client relationship development, brand promotion, and exceptional customer experience. The role requires frequent travel, in-store training, and collaboration with trade marketing and senior management to drive distribution and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual net sales targets for assigned brands
- Develop new and maintain existing customer partnerships to build long-term relationships
- Conduct regular account visits to present product and obtain customer feedback
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales
- Build qualitative door distribution respecting each brand profile
- Act as liaison with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs
- Prepare and deliver regular schedules and business updates to senior management
- Accurately complete account surveys and sales contracts
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years optical sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics or consumer goods preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Available to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% with a flexible schedule
- Must own a car and have a valid drivers license
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
