Brand Ambassador - Ontario

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer service and achieving sales goals. This seasonal role supports store initiatives, leverages technology for sales and assists in building clientele while representing brand standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use technologies and alternative purchase paths such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Engage in networking to build and maintain clientele
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift climb and maneuver around the sales floor up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts and travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co-workers
