Brand Ambassador Operations

Summary

Operations Support Associates ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting sales floor needs. This role focuses on inventory management tasks such as processing freight, tagging, and RFID scanning while remaining prepared to assist customers and Brand Ambassadors when needed. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to meet store scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight to Units-per-Hour goals, inspect deliveries, and apply tags and sensors.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans, ISOS replenishment, stock room resets, and manage store-to-store transfers and ship-to-home orders.
• Create and apply retickets and associate RFID tags; maintain organized stockroom and floor inventory levels.
• Support the sales floor by completing stock checks, delivering merchandise, and assisting with customer needs when required.
• Participate in visual merchandising, uphold store presentation standards, and provide feedback on product opportunities.
• Balance operational tasks with customer service, process transactions, and maintain clean fitting rooms and sales areas.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar retail operations experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and work collaboratively with team members.
• Capable of lifting and climbing, including lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
