Gallery Support Associate

Summary

The Gallery Support Associate provides world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment, displays, and back-of-house operations. This role executes timely client ship-outs, tickets and stages merchandise, and coordinates the movement and receipt of furniture and inventory. The associate helps maximize productivity and minimize costs through efficient receiving and inventory preparation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise and prepare items for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize the movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments promptly and manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and presentation to gallery standards

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player who is high-energy and results-driven
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organization, time-management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs and maneuver effectively around gallery, stockroom and office; prolonged standing and physical activity
