Outlet Facilities Associate

Summary

The Outlet Facilities Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the Outlet facility is safe, functional, and maintained to brand standards. This role coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance across building systems, grounds, and operational assets while minimizing disruptions to store operations. The position is part-time and requires physical work and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards

• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; ability to stand, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and climb for prolonged periods
