The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and supports sales and store performance. This customer-focused team member represents the brand, engages clients, and contributes to a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit goals, store initiatives, and team training.
• Engage customers, build client connections, and promote alternative shopping and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor standards, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Share feedback on customer needs, category opportunities, and store performance with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, move around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as needed.
