Summary

The Interior Design Consultant delivers a luxury client experience in the gallery by understanding client needs and connecting them with design services and furnishings. The role builds lasting client relationships and supports sales goals while representing the brand's design-focused lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service and product expertise to gallery clients.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about interior design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Develop and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education in art, architecture, or interior design and relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
