Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and represent brand experience expectations
• Participate in team training and support use of retail technologies and alternative purchasing processes
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support a collaborative environment and champion company core values

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and maneuver around sales floor
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
