Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador supports day-to-day store operations and helps ensure accurate receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise. This in-store, primarily non-selling role maintains the stockroom, executes inventory and RFID scans, and supports the sales floor and visual presentation. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and shipments, inspect deliveries, and ensure proper tagging and EAS/RFID placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise deliveries, and occasional customer service
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor presentation to company standards
• Assist with reticketing, tagging, and visual merchandising activities

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Availability for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
