Stock Associate - Las Vegas City Center

Summary

The Stock Associate is responsible for managing the proper rotation and handling of merchandise in the store warehouse and supporting the Stock Manager with warehouse operations. The role includes preparing product for the sales floor, ensuring accurate product flow in the SAP system, and supporting sales staff to maximize sales. The position requires attention to product safety, orderliness, and timely execution of transfers, returns, and e-commerce deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
• Check and prepare product for the sales floor and special areas.
• Ensure product safety and security in the warehouse during handling processes.
• Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system.
• Maintain order and organization in the warehouse to corporate standards.
• Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines and deadlines.
• Order and manage packaging materials based on store needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role.
• Experience in the luxury retail sector is preferred.
• High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, including SAP.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
