Stock Associate - Wynn Las Vegas

Summary

The Stock Associate is responsible for managing merchandise flow and maintaining an organized back stock to support store sales at the Wynn Las Vegas location. This role oversees shipping and receiving, inventory control, repairs and supplies while assisting the sales team and supporting visual merchandising. The associate ensures accurate inventory reconciliation and contributes to overall store upkeep and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure goods are shipped accurately and on time
• Process inter-store transfers and ensure correct transfer documentation
• Maintain and replenish store supplies such as bags, receipts and packaging materials
• Process, ship and track repairs in partnership with retail management
• Check in new merchandise and organize back stock for accessibility
• Execute monthly cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and negative on-hand resolution
• Assist with implementation of visual displays and communicate visual standards to the team
• Support the sales floor as needed and oversee daily store maintenance and repair requests

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail systems such as JDA
• Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness and ability to drive results
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop a team
• Ability to react quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
