Stock Associate - Wynn Las Vegas

Summary

The Stock Associate will maintain back-of-house operations at the boutique, supporting the Store Director, Operations partners, and the sales team. This role is responsible for organizing the stockroom, processing shipments and transfers, and assisting with weekly cycle counts and annual inventory. The position also provides salesfloor coverage and supports client order fulfillment to meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Receive, ship, and process product deliveries and internal transfers
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and the annual inventory
• Communicate shipment discrepancies and liaise with Operations to resolve inventory issues
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors and support salesfloor coverage as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with working knowledge of Excel
• Proactive, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
