Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily business goals and company initiatives.
• Use available shopping tools and technology to support customer engagement and alternative purchasing options.
• Build clientele, collaborate with the team, and share feedback on customer needs and category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and participate in team training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, remain active on the sales floor, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
