Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales objectives and maintaining Ralph Lauren brand standards. Demonstrates knowledge of fashion and styling, works collaboratively with the store team, and prioritizes customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings, and assist with fitting room needs.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback with management, and contribute to an inclusive and professional team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
