The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling, product knowledge, and relationship building. This role drives individual and team sales results while supporting store standards and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues on customer service and relationship-building behaviors.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and provide feedback on product opportunities.
• Help identify talent and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Comfort using digital tools to support sales and customer relationships preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
