Provide fashion-focused customer service and drive sales in-store and digitally. Build lasting customer relationships while maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
