Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, support store initiatives, and help drive sales while representing brand values. This role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and contributing to store performance in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals through customer focus
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use company technology and alternative purchase methods to support sales
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
