Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized shopping experiences while supporting store operations and visual standards. Act as an entry level role with opportunities for leadership development by meeting sales objectives and delivering brand appropriate service. Maintain store presentation and assist customers in fitting rooms while promoting company programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer first mindset and excellent service on the sales floor.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support sales plans by collaborating with the team and upholding brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with the Polo Connect program and educate customers on company offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment tasks.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume environment.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours.
- Capability to maneuver around sales floor stock and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
- Comfort participating in required company trainings and compliance activities.
