Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience in a high-volume specialty retail environment. The role supports sales and profit performance, participates in team training, embraces new technology and alternative purchasing methods, and represents brand values while supporting store initiatives and execution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Operate register, maintain productivity, and uphold company policies
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing
- Ability to operate a register and perform cashwrap duties
- Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel or overnight shifts
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
