Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor to drive performance and support store standards. The role supports selling, fitting room service, visual merchandising and operational tasks while contributing to team goals and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create inspiring shopping experiences.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) using company tools and programs.
• Engage customers through the Polo Connect program and educate them on brand offerings.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), visual standards, and participate in company trainings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
