Brand Ambassador

Summary

As a Brand Ambassador, you will provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while driving daily sales results. You will represent Ralph Lauren brand standards on the sales floor, support team training and store initiatives, and help broaden customer access to product discovery and purchasing channels. This role emphasizes customer connection, teamwork, and the use of digital tools to support omnichannel sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver a consistent, on-brand customer experience and champion company values.
• Proactively engage customers to build clientele and strengthen customer connectivity.
• Support and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Utilize omnichannel tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and digital discovery methods (QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores).
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and store performance.
• Ensure sales floor standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate register and perform front-line retail duties, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cash wrap and office areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
