FT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional in-store experiences by offering personalized styling and thoughtful product recommendations. They drive individual sales results and support team performance through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools. The role also contributes to coaching, visual standards, and store initiatives and can be a pathway to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Support team sales goals and collaborate to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Assist in talent sourcing and team training activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort working a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for sales and clienteling preferred.
