Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized styling, product knowledge, and relationship building. This role drives individual and store sales performance by leveraging clienteling tools and outreach while supporting store initiatives and team development. Sales Ambassadors act as brand representatives on the sales floor and support coaching and talent sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and offer personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual productivity and sales by meeting KPIs and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Use CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and apply visual merchandising techniques according to guidelines.
• Participate in store training, company initiatives, community outreach, and support talent sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital tools to engage customers and support sales preferred.
