Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will create exceptional client experiences by delivering personalized styling and product knowledge. You will drive individual sales through proactive clienteling, digital tools, and relationship building while supporting the store team and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with tailored styling recommendations and deep product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team goals through outreach, wardrobing, and use of digital clienteling tools.
• Utilize CRM to capture customer data and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors, support store initiatives, and contribute to hiring and training efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with store operations and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills with the ability to use digital sales tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
