Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining store standards, while being a part of a dynamic team that values inclusivity and collaboration.

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales plans and uphold brand standards.
• Engage customers through the Polo Connect program.
• Maintain store standards and assist in fitting rooms.
• Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings and initiatives.
• Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
• Uphold visual standards and company guidelines.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to maneuver around the store and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Operate the register and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
