Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting store sales goals and brand standards. This role uses omnichannel tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden customer access and product discovery. The position is entry-level and designed as a pathway to future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales by engaging customers and achieving individual and team targets.
• Deliver a consistent Ralph Lauren customer experience and uphold store vision and standards.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Utilize omnichannel tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and digital touchpoints (QR codes, digital catalogs) to support sales.
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Ensure the sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
• Able to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.
